As we kept working on the project I started enjoying learning about this supercool Salesforce App. So, let’s demystify some basic information about this super amazing Salesforce application: FSL.

From the time the Appointment got booked to the plumber's arrival, the repair job getting done, and making payment — everything is recorded step by step with the help of Field Service Lightning.
